Jeremy has been involved in over $100 million in real estate transactions, ranging from oceanfront homes, office buildings and land sales/acquisitions to dozens of commercial leases as both landlord and tenant representative.

He is currently involved in leasing office and retail space in downtown Delray, sale of oceanfront home and lot in Ocean Ridge, sale of commercial land in Delray and Stuart, sale of ALF property, acquisition of 100 acre parcel in Ft Pierce, and sale of beach area home in Ft Lauderdale. Jeremy launched his real estate career in the organization of entrepreneur Carl DeSantis, founder of Rexall Sundown, with responsibility for sales and leasing of commercial properties. (acquisition of CDS HQ, leasing and management of Atlantic Plaza in Delray) He previously worked for a decade in the yachting and sports fishing industry, and taps a deep network of yacht owners, brokers, captains, and business contacts in his real estate practice today.

The Florida native brings clients a keen understanding of real estate in South Florida and more distant markets. He has lived in California, Hawaii, New Jersey and South Africa, and attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. His love of the ocean has been a constant, and he is an avid surfer, fisherman and free diver. Lake Worth resident also owns investment rental homes in the Parrot Cove neighborhood that he also resides in.
